Dr. Ward worked as a staff psychologist in the Addictions Treatment Program at the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Ward carried a joint appointment as an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Missouri. Dr. Ward also worked as an Organizational Psychologist with the National Center for Organization Development, an office providing organizational consultation to services within the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Dr. Ward has been working with ForPsych since 2005 and has a specialty in the treatment of individuals struggling with substance abuse and dependence. Nicole A. She is a 2004 graduate of Xavier University, receiving her doctoral degree after completing a one-year internship at the Fulton State Forensic Prison/Hospital in Missouri. Her clinical experiences include working with juvenile and adult offenders. She has performed psychological evaluations for both prosecuting and defense attorneys in the areas of competency, mitigation, and criminal responsibility. She is particularly skilled in preparing evaluations to assist the courts with the disposition of juvenile offenders. Dr. Leisgang is also skilled in the areas of disability determination, worker’s compensation, and personal injury. She currently serves as the Associate Director of For Psych and is also a consultant to a local juvenile court in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has testified in both state and federal courts. He earned his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and has published numerous scholarly works in the field.
